Prices quoted are starting rates only, per room, per night, in US dollars, and are subject to availability at time of reservation. Prices may change without notice. Certain blackout dates, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply, and may vary by arrival date. Rates do not include taxes and gratuities unless otherwise noted. Offers are not applicable to groups, nor combinable with other special offers or promotions.
As a result of recent legislation, the New York City Tax Authority has made the following changes to the hotel tax:
Currently the hotel taxes are as follows: 8.375% + 5% + $5.50 per night. As of March 1st 2009 the City’s hotel tax will increase from 5 percent to 5.875 percent, bringing the aggregate hotel tax to 14.25 % plus the flat fee of $5.50 per day. This tax will be imposed on all existing and new reservations as of March 1, 2009. Your invoice for room and tax will reflect this new tax rate.
