"Spectacular stay"

We absolutely loved the hotel! We went to celebrate my husband's fortieth birthday, and were instantly upgraded. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious by New York standards. The staff was very hospitable and courteous. The subway was situated quite close. Would definitely stay at the Lucerne again.

My daughter and I stayed 5 nights while we were visiting Colleges and doing some general sightseeing. The location is great and staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room was excellent. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. I’d definitely stay there again.

Hotel was recently renovated and upgraded. Staff is wonderful, location is perfect.

"Upper West Side"

The location was great for us. A run in Central Park in the morning, dozens of restaurants within walking distance, less than a block from the number 1 subway, who could ask for anything more. The Lucerne was a great contrast to our March stay near Time Square. The hotel was clean, quiet and efficient.
